Do you offer finance options on your products?

Yes! We have interest free credit available on orders over £1100 (£990 balance) subject to a credit check. Take a look at our finance page for more information on our re-payment options.  

I’m looking for carpets for my Derbyshire home; do you offer a measuring service?

Yes, we know how important it is for your carpets to fit correctly and so we offer a measuring and planning service. Most of our carpets also include a fitting service in their price, take a look at our range today. We do provide additional services such as the removal of existing flooring, and costs for these services can be quoted before you purchase.
Hard Flooring and vinyls do not include fitting and will be quoted separately.

Do you deliver your furniture to Derbyshire?

The prices of our furniture include free local delivery (subject to a minimum order value), and we do deliver to other areas for a small fee. Our furniture delivery service is comprehensive and includes the removal of packaging and positioning your furniture in its desired location.

I’d like to see your furniture in person; can I come and have a look for myself?

This is the only way to see our vast range of beds, sofas, curtains and carpets for the Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire and Tamworth areas from our showroom in Swadlincote.
Here you can test out our range of furniture, and see our pieces in a range of realistic room settings.
By visiting our store you also benefit from the high levels of service our team offer, who can help you pick the perfect furniture for your home.

Do you sell adjustable beds in the Derbyshire area?

Yes, we stock a wide range of beds including divan, ottoman, orthopaedic and adjustable beds. Adjustable beds can be particularly important if you have mobility or back issues, providing you the support you need to get out of bed with ease. If you would like to see our selection of beds browse the website then pop in to our showroom to try them out.

My window is an odd size, do you supply made to measure curtains?

We offer a free measuring and planning service on curtains and blinds, and they can be made specifically to your requirements. These can be collected and fitted from our Derbyshire store, or for a small fee our skilled team can fit them in your home or business.

Do you have most of your carpets, sofas, curtains and beds in your Derbyshire showroom?

Our vast showroom displays our products, some are available from stock, others to order, our staff will assist you in choosing your items. 

Where do you supply your furniture to?

Toons furniture superstore is located in Swadlincote, but we often supply our furniture throughout Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lichfield and Staffordshire. Get in touch with our team for more information.

Do you offer an assembly service for my furniture?

Yes - our team are experts in setting you up with your new furniture to make sure it is fitted correctly. Find out more about this service on our Delivery page.

When is your Derbyshire furniture store open?

We are open 7 days a week - Monday to Saturday from 9.00am till 5.00pm and Sunday from 10.00am till 4.00pm. If you like any more information on our showroom, visit our Showroom page or call us on 01283 214729.

Can I trial the beds and mattresses you offer?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer trial periods on our beds and mattresses. However, you are welcome to come to our showroom, where you can test the mattress to see if it’s to your liking. Our experts are also on hand to point you in the right direction! We may be able to offer a “trial” with our display sofa to ensure any sofa you purchase can fit in your home.

Can you remove my old furniture?

Yes - for a small charge we will happily remove your old suite, bed or mattress for you. Find out more on our Delivery page.

Can I collect my furniture purchases in-store?

You are very welcome to collect any smaller purchases from our warehouse but please contact us in advance to ensure we have staff on hand to prepare and give you your order. We are not open for collections on a Sunday, though lights, lamps and other smaller items may be available then.

If I visit your store, is it easily accessible?

Yes - most of our showroom areas are on the ground floor, but we have a customer lift to go to the second floor showroom. We have ensured there is plenty of space for wheelchair users to navigate easily. We also have wheelchairs available on site, subject to availability.

Is there parking at your store?

Yes - our car park has over 100 spaces available and even has ample room for coaches and minibuses. We also offer disabled parking closer to the main entrance.
