The month of March in the UK is widely known as national bed month. The month celebrates all things bed related as well as raising awareness of the importance of getting a good night sleep.

However, we strongly encourage you to switch off from your digital screens, especially before going to bed. Active screens emit blue lights. This surprisingly harmful light restrains your eye from producing melatonin and in turn, this makes it increasingly harder to fall asleep and wake up.
