Toons have been closed since Monday March 23rd to protect our customers and staff against the pandemic which is the Corona Virus.
Within a couple of days many of our suppliers also halted production and distribution.
Following new guidance issued by the Government on 13th May, our Warehouse and Showroom have now re opened.
The warehouse is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to accept incoming deliveries, deliver goods to customers and for customer collections.
The showroom will open 10am to 4pm daily with the conditions and procedures as below:

Park as normal and queue to the right of the entrance and await instructions.
No gloves to be worn, hand sanitiser gel must be used prior to proceeding into the building.
Please maintain social distancing between our staff and other customers.
We are not currently accepting cash please use your cards.
Due to limited staffing levels you may have to wait for advice.
The customer toilets are open in the Coffee Shop area.
Strictly 40 customers only allowed in the store at any given time.
No children will be allowed into the shop unless accompanied by a single parent and a maximum of two persons per shopping trip.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Please also be aware that we will be operating on reduced staff levels both in the warehouse and showroom, so your patience would be appreciated.
Existing customers who had previous deliveries cancelled will get priority of our delivery and fitting service and will be contacted directly.
For customers who are awaiting goods to arrive, we will be working with suppliers to get these orders in as soon as we can, and again these customers will be contacted individually with updates as they become available.
It would be appreciated if you did not contact us for updates whilst we concentrate our efforts on getting goods in and out as soon as we can.
All functions of the business have been risk assessed and the correct levels of protective measures will be in place.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Best Wishes
